This role primarily supports Viktor's go-to-market motion, with some exposure to Jace AI.

The Role
We're looking for our Founding Account Executive: a closer and optimizer who will sell from day one while sharpening the sales infrastructure around you.
Our sales systems are in place but early-stage and evolving. You'll be closing deals on Viktor - an AI-native product with real operational depth - immediately, while refining and improving the tools, workflows, and processes that power the sales motion. If you're the kind of person who closes a deal and then spends 20 minutes making the CRM workflow better for next time, this is your role.
This is a foundational role with significant upside, growth, organizational visibility, and a potential for equity.
What You'll Do
- Close deals: Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract, starting from day one
- Optimize sales infrastructure: Evaluate and improve existing CRM workflows, automations, and reporting to make them reliably scalable
- Build proof-of-concept tools: Use vibe coding tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.) to prototype solutions that save time and streamline the sales workflow
- Collaborate with engineering: Work with the engineering team to turn scrappy prototypes into robust, production-grade systems
- Refine the playbook: Sharpen repeatable sales processes based on what you're learning in live deals (ICP signals, messaging, demo flow, objection handling, follow-up cadences)
- Iterate constantly: Use real deal data to continuously improve process, tooling, and conversion
- Lay the foundation for the team: Your systems and learnings will shape how we scale the sales org
What We're Looking For
- Closing chops: 5-10 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a strong track record of owning the full sales cycle; experience selling AI SaaS tools is strongly preferred
- Optimizer who loves to tinker: Track record of improving and optimizing sales systems, CRM workflows, and automations. You can't resist making a broken process better.
- Technical fluency and curiosity: Comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Make) and curious about AI and vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, etc.). You enjoy keeping up with new technology and experimenting with what's possible.
